I kept it pretty simple: I applied online, then got called for a phone interview.

A couple of weeks later I was invited to a face-to-face meeting, and the tone stayed friendly throughout.

Halfway through the in-person conversation, I got to sit with a salesperson on the floor. It was a real rundown of what an average day looked like, not just theoretical discussion. I appreciated that because it made the role feel more concrete while still letting me ask questions and get a feel for the environment.
