Arcadia, CAPosted Apr 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got pulled into a quick, low-pressure style process where the interview itself was brief and very easy.

The main theme was staying upbeat and social, because they seemed to want someone who could naturally engage customers. They even pointed to the company culture—how they go hard on certain seasonal moments—as part of what they liked to see in the conversation.

There was also a very short questionnaire and an online jumpstart test, which made the process feel almost like a check-and-go rather than a long hiring funnel. It wasn’t intimidating, and it moved quickly.

Even though the questions were basic, I left feeling like the company cared more about personality fit than complicated
