SAS Software Engineer interview experience

I applied online and then had a friend submit the referral form on my behalf.

About a week after I applied, I got a virtual interview that was mostly focused on HR and basic screening. After that, I was able to speak with someone on the team to understand more about what the role would actually look like day to day.

What stood out to me was how straightforward the screening felt—very polite and not overly challenging. The timeline was also quick: the offer came in about a week after the interview stage, and overall it felt smooth and manageable from start to finish.
