I applied online and was invited to a pre-recorded video interview.

The format was pretty much entirely behavioral questions, and while they weren’t difficult, it felt a little awkward because I was recording myself rather than speaking live. I had to answer in a more scripted, self-conscious way than I was used to, which made the process feel less natural.

Even so, it moved forward in a timely, low-drama way. By the end, I didn’t feel like the questions were a test of technical depth, more like they were gauging how I thought and communicated.
