My process didn’t really feel like an interview.

It was more like a one-way conversation where they explained how things work, and they didn’t really engage with my qualifications, skills, or what I brought to the role.

There wasn’t a clear loop of technical or behavioral questions—just a talk about the environment and expectations. Because there was no real exchange, I left feeling like I hadn’t been evaluated in any meaningful way.

I wasn’t selected, and the main thing I remember is the lack of any feedback or consideration of my background during that conversation.
