I went through an initial screening and then moved into interviews that mixed technical leadership perspective with team-level evaluation.

In one part of the process, I sat with a product manager and a tech lead, and later I met with a software engineer from the team. The day felt concentrated, with multiple interviewers assessing different angles of my fit.

While the conversations covered my background and role fit, there was also a sense that they wanted to understand how I communicated and how I approached problem-solving, not just whether I could answer isolated technical prompts. It came across as a full evaluation of both my experience and how I would collaborate with people across roles.
