Sargent & Lundy Software Engineer interview experience

My experience was four separate one-on-ones, each with a different interviewer—a senior manager, a couple team managers, and a senior engineer. It was straightforward and the people I met had good attitudes, which helped the time feel manageable even though it was a full schedule.

Across the conversations, the interview focused on my experience and how I’d fit into the team. There were some deeper questions tied to programming background and tools I’d used before, like familiarity with specific development environments and languages, but it didn’t turn into an intense technical grilling.
