Sargent & Lundy Systems Engineer interview experience

It was probably one of the most conversational interview experiences I’ve had—less like a formal assessment and more like a genuine discussion.

They mostly asked about my work experience, with a mix of behavioral and a few technical questions. The technical side didn’t dominate, but it was enough to show how my experience mapped to what they actually do.
