I had an on-site day that started with HR in the morning.

They explained benefits and then gave me a tour of the building. After that, I met with senior engineers, and the format shifted between one-on-one conversations and group discussions held in quieter rooms.

At some point during the morning there was a CAD skills test, and it ended up being very easy. Even with multiple conversations and that quick skills check, nothing about the day felt particularly difficult—more like a controlled set of ways to see how I worked and how I fit.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt organized and fairly light in terms of technical pressure.
