I had a sequence of rounds that started with two coding interviews and then moved into design.

The coding parts were easy to medium, and we also had two design rounds where the discussion included legacy system context rather than anything cutting-edge.

What affected my experience the most was the demeanor of the interviewers during the design portion—one of the interviewers felt quite arrogant and didn’t seem aligned with modern ways of discussing systems. After that, there was a hiring manager round focused on role expectations, and then another leadership round that covered the role and BU details.
