I applied online and got through the process in roughly two weeks for SAP (Sofia).

The interviews were with very polite people who felt prepared and genuinely supportive, which made it easier to stay focused even when I got stuck.

At one point, I needed help to keep moving, and the interviewer adjusted without making it awkward—so I could continue rather than getting derailed. The round felt collaborative in a way that I didn’t expect this early. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I walked away feeling the interviewers were competent, human, and responsive rather than trying to trip me up.
