My interview journey was fairly simple and low-stress compared to what I expected.

I went through three interviews total, including a case interview and then an assessment-center style stage. The entire process took a while, and I noticed they seemed to start their hiring cycle later than other companies.

Even with the length, it didn’t feel overly stressful. I was able to be myself, and the questions didn’t come across as aggressive. The overall vibe was more about seeing how I operated than trying to trip me up.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I walked away feeling the process was fair in how it treated me and how it flowed.
