The interview process for me was two main steps, and each one involved multiple people and a very sales-focused flow.

In the first part, I went through a long block of questions—around the 35-minute range—and then I did an app pitch. After I finished that, I moved into a second segment with another manager where I answered more questions and then did role-play phone calls.

When that was done, I got an email to schedule the next round. That follow-up phase felt even more practical: I joined with a current SDR, listened in on phone calls, and had chances to ask questions while the calls were happening. The final conversation was with a director, where we reviewed more questions from both sides.
