I applied through an employee referral, and once HR reached out, they explained the process to me clearly.

From my first interview to getting the offer letter took about a month, which made the whole thing feel measured rather than dragged out. The structure was three rounds: a technical interview for about an hour, a second technical round for around an hour and a half, and then a managerial round that lasted about an hour.

What surprised me was how conversational the interviews felt. The panel wasn’t grilling me in a rigid Q&A way; it came across more like a discussion where I could explain my thinking and projects. HR stayed on top of keeping me updated on progress, and that helped with nerves
