My process was pretty compact.

After getting to the interview stage, there was one main interview where I did a written and Excel test beforehand, and then I moved straight into the final interview with the hiring manager.

The hiring manager interview lasted over an hour and a half, so even though it was only one main interview slot, it wasn’t a quick chat. The format made it feel performance-based from the start, with the tests acting like a filter before the deeper conversation.
