I interviewed at S&P Global in Beijing, and the journey felt coordinated around the teams doing the work.

The first round was an initial discussion with the Beijing team to lay out project goals and what they were trying to achieve. The second round then shifted to a follow-up meeting with the Indian team where I walked through progress and aligned on next steps.

The structure wasn’t about tricky, surprise questions—it was more about connecting my work to the project direction and making sure everyone was moving toward the same plan.
