I had a technical-focused experience that started with early screening and then moved into hands-on skill assessment.

After a phone check on my background and qualifications, the L1 round centered on how my projects mapped to tools like Python, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and SQL, with questions tied directly to what I’d worked on.

Throughout the process, the HR side also felt cooperative. The interviewers asked technical questions related to the job role, and when I asked for help or when something wasn’t landing, I received feedback in the moment. That combination—technical depth plus supportive HR communication—made the whole thing feel smoother than I expected.
