My process ended up being very lightweight.

I had one round where most of the questions came from my resume and basic finance concepts. There was also an easy HR question, and the focus seemed to be on communication and confidence more than deep technical rigor.

Excel came up too, with a single Excel-related question, but overall it didn’t feel like a hard technical exam. The experience was more about how clearly I could speak and how comfortable I sounded than about grinding through complicated problem-solving.
