S&P Global Software Engineer interview experience

The discussion had partial technical questions and also covered my technical experience. When that part went okay, the process moved toward an onsite setup, and I remember checking in at the front desk before starting the technical rounds.

Onsite, I spoke with three technical people and then met the hiring manager. The later portion shifted toward HR and behavioral questions, where I answered a handful of behavior-focused prompts. Overall, the journey felt organized and fairly approachable, and the people I met generally made it less stressful than I expected.
