The way I understood their process was pretty standard, and it matched what I saw play out in my own attempt.

It started with an HR screening, then moved into an aptitude or online assessment. After I was shortlisted, I went through one or two technical rounds, and the topics varied based on the role—programming, SQL, OOP, and sometimes finance fundamentals.

This was described as an average-difficulty journey, and I stayed within that expectation because the rounds were mostly about core competence rather than tricky, niche problems. I didn’t get an offer, but the overall flow made sense from step to step and didn’t feel overly chaotic.
