My process started with a CV scan that felt fairly easy, especially if I came from a well-known university.

Then there was an English fluency interview that was quick and short, focused on life and work.

After that, there was a programming interview. In a similar structure I experienced, the pipeline included resume screening, coding interviews that stretched around four hours, and then a final interview. The coding questions weren’t necessarily trivial if I was unprepared, but they felt manageable if I’d done a few coding tests beforehand.

Overall, it felt like the process had a lot of checkpoints: first filtering, then language, then longer coding time, and finally a wrap-up conversation.
