Samsung Austin Semiconductor Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had another phone interview a few days later with what I understood to be the hiring manager.

A few days after that, I was invited to Samsung for a panel interview. There were two engineers and a technician, and the evaluation didn’t feel like a deep technical assessment. It felt more like a personality and fit review, with an emphasis on whether I could get along with others and how diverse my background was.

It didn’t come across as extremely intense. The structure was paced over several days, and overall the vibe matched the idea of “fit” more than “technical mastery.”
