After I got through the recruiter stage, my interviews turned into a sequence of video calls focused directly on how I thought and how I’d operate in sales.

Across four calls, I spoke with different sales managers and directors, and the information they shared felt clear from the start. Each conversation was structured around sales-related questions, with an emphasis on the skills I already had and how I’d approach problem-solving.

The screens weren’t overly deep into the weeds; they were more about communication, evaluating how I approached situations, and whether my culture fit matched what they were looking for. Overall, the process felt demanding in the sense that it tested how I work in sales, but it never felt disorganized—just targeted.
