My interview experience for Salesforce generally split into a tech round and an HM round.

The technical round didn’t feel too hard because the senior engineer leading it was very friendly, and the conversation stayed on the technical track rather than getting overly combative.

The HM round was a different story. It felt harder because the interviewer dug deeply into my selections and choices, pushing for clarity and justification in a way that made me feel like I couldn’t stay superficial. I didn’t receive an offer, and the contrast between the two rounds made it clear that the HM stage carried the real weight for me.
