I started with a 30-minute conversation with a hiring manager that focused mostly on my background and experience.

About a week later, I moved into a round with two managers that included a live cold call, which immediately made the process feel more practical and high-pressure.

The final step was another round with two to four managers, and the format shifted into a presentation: I had to explain why I was a fit. I found that progression challenging because it moved from fit and history, to live execution, and then to persuasive clarity, all in a pretty tight sequence.
