I started with a call with the recruiter, then moved into a competency-based interview with one of the hiring managers.

After that, I was asked to do a presentation with three other senior managers, which made the process feel more structured and formal than I expected.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience even though it was clearly a real evaluation. I walked in knowing there would be both behavioral-style discussion and a more thoughtful presentation component, and the way the rounds were staged kept it from feeling chaotic.
