I went through three interviews that each had a distinct purpose.

The first one was with an HR representative and centered on behavioral questions.

The second round shifted toward sales skills and my experience, this time with the hiring manager. I felt like that step was about how I’d operate in a role like this, not just what I’d done in the past.

The third round was a Salesforce role-play with the hiring manager. By then, the process felt like it was getting more practical and role-specific, and it ended up being a pretty cohesive sequence. Overall it didn’t feel random—each stage built on the last, and the role-play made it feel especially real.
