I went through three interviews total, and each one included an HR preparatory touchpoint beforehand.

The recruiter stage felt like it was setting expectations and making sure I was aligned, but the real emphasis came once I started meeting the interviewers.

The last part was the hardest. I had to prepare around ten slides for a presentation that combined my personal overview with the territory and segment strategy, and it also included a role-play component. It took a lot of focused prep time because the slides weren’t just a recap—they needed to connect directly to how I planned to operate in the role.
