Salesforce Account Executive interview experience

I appreciated that it wasn’t just busywork; it had structure and an approach that tested how I could think through the situation.

The timeline could have been slightly faster, but overall it worked well enough that I stayed engaged. When I got deeper into it, it helped to hear from other Salesforce AEs ahead of time because they pointed out the company’s precise methodology and what they expected from the output.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I didn’t feel like the difficulty was arbitrary—the fairness of the exercise was what made the rejection sting less.
