Seattle, WAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a fairly packed process—five interviews—and I was guided through it by a recruitment coach who walked me through how everything would unfold.

The biggest theme I kept hearing was to demonstrate team selling and value selling using real examples from my past work.

Because the coach stayed involved across the process, I never felt completely out on my own trying to guess what they wanted. It was still demanding, but the structure and clear emphasis on specific selling behaviors made it feel more targeted than chaotic. No offer came out of it for me, but the experience felt professional and organized.
