Salesforce Account Executive interview experience

Recruiters prepared me well and clearly expected me to actually apply the guidance from the prep. I went through two recruiter-style interviews first, followed by two more conversations with hiring managers.

It was difficult in the sense that it asked for consistent performance across multiple rounds, but the organization kept it from feeling random. I didn’t end up with an offer, yet the overall experience felt like a serious, structured evaluation rather than an afterthought.
