My experience started professionally and stayed that way on the communication side.

I went through what felt like the normal cadence of interviewer touchpoints, and when it wrapped, I received a message thanking me for my time while also saying I wasn’t moving forward.

What stood out to me wasn’t the content of the interviews as much as the overall feeling around timing and organization—there was a bit of chaos and confusion sprinkled through the process. By the time I got the final note, I was disappointed, but I did still respect the decision. Overall it just left me with a mixed impression: polite on paper, messy in practice.
