San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up with four interviews total, including the recruiter screening.

The recruiter portion felt pretty straightforward, starting with a coordinator and then moving to the recruiter, followed by interviews with two hiring managers and then two VPs.

Across those later rounds, they were clearly trying to understand the basics in a concrete way: my attainment, how I ran a day-to-day sales cycle, average deal size, and my ability to explain situations using STAR. It felt like they were checking both fundamentals and how consistently I could tell the story behind my results. Overall, it was an organized sequence, and the questions stayed grounded in execution
