Atlanta, GAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two internal recruiters first, and then I went on-site for a panel interview with two managers.

The managers made a point of clarifying that there was no guarantee that either of them would be my actual manager if I got the job, which was a bit surprising and reframed the way I thought about the process.

Even with that caveat, the interviews still felt like a proper evaluation of fit and ability. Walking out, I felt like the process was trying to be transparent about decision-making, but it also made the stakes feel a little less straightforward than I was expecting.
