My process began online and then turned into in-person interviews at the office in São Paulo.

The emphasis throughout was on my past deals and the overall sales cycle.

I spent a lot of time on one specific deal as an example, taking it from beginning to end. The conversations weren’t just abstract—they pushed me to narrate how the work progressed in sequence, and how I drove the outcome.

The difficulty felt average overall, and even though there wasn’t an offer at the end, I felt the focus stayed consistent. What mattered most in the experience was how well I could walk through a deal story and connect it to process, not just general product familiarity.
