Salesforce Account Executive interview experience

Positive

Dublin, DublinPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience felt very structured from start to finish, and the expectations were communicated clearly enough that I knew what they were looking for.

The interviewers came across as focused on getting me to show my best work, and it honestly felt like they were trying to help me succeed rather than trying to trip me up.

Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the process didn’t feel random or disorganized. I left feeling like the interview was built to evaluate how I presented myself and how I performed within the framework they provided. That structure made it easier to respect the result, even if it wasn’t the one I wanted.
