The process came across as rigorous and very thorough, and it followed four rounds: a recruiter check-in, then interviews with a hiring manager and peer reviewers.

Across those conversations, they asked about my previous sales experience and what had made me successful, but they also wanted me to be honest about shortcomings.

What stood out to me was how much they focused on my learning mindset—when I discussed weaknesses, I tied it back to how I would learn from feedback and from working alongside others. By the time I got through the rounds, I felt like the questions were probing for real sales thinking, not just polished talking points.
