My first step was a friendly HR conversation where the focus was on how my background matched the role.

It felt more like alignment-checking than a stress test.

Next I spoke with the manager, and that conversation became more demanding. The questions turned more technical and situational, and it required sharper, more specific answers. After that, the final part was a case presentation, which was a different kind of pressure compared to the earlier interviews.

The whole flow felt average in difficulty, and I didn’t end up with an offer. What I remember most is how quickly the emphasis shifted from fit to performance—once I got to the manager stage and the case.
