After I went through scheduling and preparation, I ended up being ghosted and never received a call back.

It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either, because I had invested real time into getting to the point where I expected next steps.

The difficulty was average, and I could understand that a big company like this can mean a lot of applications. Still, the lack of communication made the process feel wasteful.

I didn’t get an offer. The reflection I’m left with is that even if volume is high, the absence of a simple follow-up conversation made the whole experience feel careless.
