My experience felt well organized on paper, but the actual interviews didn’t land the way I hoped.

The steps were clear and the process itself seemed straightforward, yet the interviewers were distracted and their questions felt very standard. I also felt like there wasn’t much attention to my prior experience—like they were starting with preconceptions that weren’t grounded in what I brought.

On top of that, the tone felt aggressive and not particularly focused on me as a person. It left me feeling more processed than evaluated. I didn’t receive an offer, and what sticks with me most is that the structure couldn’t compensate for how the conversations were run.
