I also got feedback from the hiring manager, which made the whole thing feel more intentional than random evaluation.

Even though it was challenging, it stayed close to real day-to-day work, which was honestly the most helpful part. Instead of being abstract, the experience gave me a first look at what the job would actually feel like.

By the end, I felt like I understood the role better even while it pushed me, and that combination—clear structure plus relevance—made the difficulty feel worthwhile.
