My experience stood out because the atmosphere was genuinely positive and relaxed.

I went into the conversation expecting it to feel more formal, but instead it turned into a casual chat with a hiring manager who used encouragement and kept the tone easy.

There wasn’t a heavy sense of grilling or hostility, and that made it easier to think clearly and respond honestly. The difficulty felt average, but the vibe made it feel less intimidating than the word “interview” usually implies.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I remember leaving feeling comfortable and even enjoying the interaction. The reflection I’m left with is that a great tone can make the process feel good
