I went through the process after applying via a third-party consultancy, and the speed was noticeable—it took only about three to four days for my profile to get shortlisted.

Once I got the call, the interview sequence moved fast as well: three technical rounds plus one HR round.

The technical rounds were a mix, with the first two leaning pure technical, and the third combining technical depth with more general discussion. Puzzles also showed up during the technical portion, which caught me slightly off guard because I’d been expecting mostly straightforward coding or architecture-style questions. Overall, though, the structure was clear enough that I could tell where the process was heading, even with that puzzle element included.
