SailPoint Technologies Full Stack Engineer interview experience

The recruiter call was pretty straightforward—mostly basic questions about my background, previous experience, and projects. It went extremely well, almost like everything landed cleanly.

Then, right after the recruiter wrapped up, they asked for my availability for the next technical interview. I remember thinking the momentum was solid. But within about half an hour, I got an email saying I wasn’t a good fit for the role. It was a surprise because the call itself felt nearly perfect, and the abrupt change left the process feeling inconsistent.
