Palo Alto, CAPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty standard multi-round loop.

It was spread over a couple office visits, and I ended up doing three rounds of interviews total—one with a sales manager, two with account executives, and one with a director of sales. Each conversation lasted around half an hour, though the timing flexed a bit depending on how the discussion went.

What surprised me was how much the format felt like conversational exploration rather than a checklist. The recruiter clearly expected me to know the company well; I remember planning to read through customer stories, white papers, and general news so I could bring real context into my answers.
