Palo Alto, CAPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with the recruiter reaching out, and I first spoke with them by phone before moving into a technical screen.

That round centered on a medium LeetCode-style coding problem, plus a handful of basic thread-related questions. It also surprised me that the conversation included a lot of C++-focused questions even though I was planning to code in C++.

After that, I went to the onsite, which was a five-round day: two programming rounds, two system design rounds, and one behavioral interview. On the behavioral side, the interviewer seemed unsure why I was being considered given my background, but my preparation still held up across the other rounds.

I ended up not getting the offer. One frustrating part
