I interviewed in front of a panel of four people, and at the beginning it honestly felt a little odd.

The interview sounded like the panel didn’t really know how to run it and weren’t sure what direction they wanted to take.

For about thirty minutes they asked random questions about my experience. Because the flow wasn’t smooth, it took focus to keep track of what they were trying to understand.

Even though I still answered in detail where I could, the initial lack of structure made it feel average difficulty. It wasn’t the cleanest interview experience, but I did manage to get through the questioning.
