I went through an application and interview process that ultimately ended with the role being frozen after I invested a lot of time.

Application + phone screen — I first completed a phone screen as part of the process.
Two interviews — I attended two interviews for a stipend-based Full Stack Developer Intern role.
Final status update — after finishing everything, I was told the role was frozen and no longer available. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the decision came late after significant effort.
