I started with an aptitude-style assessment to qualify for the initial screening.

It was a timed, third-party type test with 40 questions that I had to finish in under 30 minutes. The content felt very puzzle-and-pattern oriented, with some on-the-spot math calculations mixed in.

After I completed it, I never really got the sense there was a meaningful conversation behind the scenes—my application moved to a timed IQ + emotional EQ assessment, and then I was rejected right after. The justification I received made it sound like there were a lot of impressive applicants for the roles, which was hard to reconcile with how much time I spent taking the test in the first place.
