I can only speak to my own path, and it didn’t match the more software-focused patterns others described.

After HR, I went through interview steps that stayed rooted in basic PLC programming and core knowledge checks, and the questions were comparatively easy.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the way the interview was conducted felt well-coordinated and easy to follow. My reflection was that the process seemed to prioritize fundamental familiarity more than a broader systems or software-design discussion.
